Adjustment in our discount regime effective from your next payment cycle

1. Starting from 3months ago,EKEDC moved our location from BandB to BandA with an unfulfilled promise to give us power at least an average 20hrs a day. Our average monthly EKEDC has now moved from N1mil to N4mil!,without a commensurate availability of power thus making us resort to Generators which gulp diesel at average of N25,000 per hour!

2 The increase in cost of petrol has had a negative ripple on virtually all the cost of every goods in the economy.

3. The Naira has progressively depreciated against the USD, currently above the N1,700 mark.

Notwithstanding the above factors we at Ikoyi Fairview are still holding the same daily pay rates for ALL our units of apartments.

However, we are not able to maintain the same level of ‘long stay’ discounts.
Effective from October20, 2024, we were constrained to reduce our discounts as displayed below:

• 7days PAY- 10% NOW 5%
• 14days PAY - 20% NOW 10%
• 21days PAY- 30% NOW 20%
• 30days PAY- 40% NOW 30%
• 90days PAY- 50% NOW 40%
• 180days PAY- 60% NOW 55%

5.1)Cleaning of Room/Change of Beddings/Towel- Twice a week.

5.2)If a lodger demands more frequent cleaning and change of beddings/towels,a cleaning fee of N4,000 per clean shall be charged 

5.3)All our unit come with cleaning hardware like brooms,packer,mops and buckets.

If a lodger chooses to do self cleaning,a refund of N1,000 per day shall be made to him/her

6. No Firearms, No Loud Music/No Parties; No Smoking, No use of controlled drugs/substances allowed in the apartments or corridors except by special request & permission.

If guest indulge in any of the above banned activities, Security will request & ensure the lodger leaves( without refund) for breach of this agreement.

Free usage for smoking & hanging out allowed at common breezy sit – out area not more 20metres away from the farthest room.

Also Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

7. At this election periods,we will NOT allow any lodger to use any of our rooms as temporary control or coordination centre and our SECURITY will most definitely walk the lodgers out(without refund) if this is deemed to be the case, in OUR OPINION

8. Transaction Sancrosanct- No Refund;No deferal since you would have prevented others from booking the room(e.g your dates are already blocked on other on line booking calenders).

For example,

Ikoyi Fairview will not be responsible for possible cancellation of flights as we are not the airline.

9. No fixed amount Security deposit.But REFUNDABLE SECURITY deposits are demanded on items requested e.g,Microwave,,expensive cutlery,pressing iron etc, on an item by item basis.

Also a non refundable service charge of 15% shall be charged for usage of the items.

Example given:

If you request for ,Plates,Cutleries and the total REFUNDABLE CAUTION DEPOSIT adds up to N10,000,the N10,000 will be to refunded if nothing is damaged,but the 15% service charge, which is N1,500 in this example WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

10. PARKING FEE:

A DRIVE IN or PARKING FEE of N3,000 per car per day applies for any other car that you may want to drive in.

This means that any vehicle that brings the lodgers and/or their visitors will have to drop them at the drop off point at the entrance gate of our facility(which in any case is just about 1min walk to the front desk).

Pls advice your guests accordingly.

They will be permitted to park on premises,or to simply drive into the premises ONLY upon the payment of the said N2000.

11. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:

Check out is strictly by 11am so that thorough cleaning can be done for next check in for 12noon.

By 11:30am,the electrical in the apartment will be remotely switched off as a reminder to check out.

By 11:45am,a staff will be sent to knock on the door and to POLITELY urge quick evacuation of the room.

Demand for refund for any caution deposit you paid can only be paid as early as you return all items collected in good condition.

Advisedly, please do a quick check to ensure you didn’t forget any personal item as Ikoyi Fairview or our staff will not be responsible for items you may have forgotten e.g Rings, Wristwatches,Hand devices etc.

12. REFUND POLICY: Any amount willingly paid is ABSOLUTELY NOT REFUNDABLE/ NOT DEFERRABLE to another date.

13. LAUNDRY:

You may have noted from the app that our units of apartments do not come with washing machine.

A contract professional washerman machine washes(we supply detergents)and press all our in house laundry needs(Bedsheet, Pillow cases etc) ON SITE.

The same guy also washes guests cloths( at N1,000 per piece) and presses at N500 per piece no matter the sizes of the cloth,except clothes like suits that require drycleaning.

In this case,the guest have to take clothes needing drycleaning to professional drycleaners that aboud within Ikoyi- we simply recommend.

Alternatively, some of our super cost conscious guests hand wash their clothes in their bathrooms and we provide without charge a common location with cloth line where such laundry can be sun dried.

CAVEAT: Since the cloth lines location is available to all guests, we must hereby caution that such clothes are spread on the cloth line at owner’s risk.

However, we have never experienced a single incidence of loss of any cloth spread on the cloth line, but quite frankly we cannot rule out the possibility of theft,hence we advice that guests launder their more expensive clothes with our professional washerman, paying the stipulated fees mentioned above.

14. AIRPORT PICK UP

We are a relatively small sized facility with super low rates.

We may not even have up to 4 guests in a month that needs to come from the Airport.

In this wise, we do not have a compelling market need to do Airport Shuttles.

Rest assured though that it’s very easy to use online ride apps; Uber & Bolt seem to be the more reliable ones in Lagos.

That’s what we use in Lagos and most people do not consider their charges as exorbitant.

Though this is outside the scope of our obligation to you,if you have any challenge,I will be glad to further advice/assist.

In this case,the guest have to take clothes needing drycleaning to professional drycleaners that aboud within Ikoyi- we simply recommend.

Alternatively, some of our super cost conscious guests hand wash their clothes in their bathrooms and we provide without charge a common location with cloth line where such laundry can be sun dried.

CAVEAT: Since the cloth lines location is available to all guests, we must hereby caution that such clothes are spread on the cloth line at owner’s risk.

However, we have never experienced a single incidence of loss of any cloth spread on the cloth line, but quite frankly we cannot rule out the possibility of theft,hence we advice that guests launder their more expensive clothes with our professional washerman, paying the stipulated fees mentioned above.

We are a relatively small sized facility with super low rates.

We may not even have up to 4 guests in a month that needs to come from the Airport.

Rest assured though that it’s very easy to use online ride apps; Uber & Bolt seem to be the more reliable ones in Lagos.

That’s what we use in Lagos and most people do not consider their charges as exorbitant.

3. The Naira has progressively depreciated against the USD, currently above the N1,700 mark.

However, we are not able to maintain the same level of ‘long stay’ discounts.

4. Available Room Facilities : Unlimited Internet powered by Starlink, DSTV cable decoder in every apartment with Compact bouquet to watch about 50 News,Sports,Athletics,Movies,documentaries and Soccer(UEFA & Premier League inclusive)

5.0)HouseKeeping

5.1)Cleaning of Room/Change of Beddings/Towel- Twice a week.

5.2)If a lodger demands more frequent cleaning and change of beddings/towels,a cleaning fee of N4,000 per clean shall be charged 

5.3)All our unit come with cleaning hardware like brooms,packer,mops and buckets.

If a lodger chooses to do self cleaning,a refund of N1,000 per day shall be made to him/her

6. No Firearms, No Loud Music/No Parties; No Smoking, No use of controlled drugs/substances allowed in the apartments or corridors except by special request & permission.

If guest indulge in any of the above banned activities, Security will request & ensure the lodger leaves( without refund) for breach of this agreement.

Free usage for smoking & hanging out allowed at common breezy sit – out area not more 20metres away from the farthest room.

Also Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

7. At this election periods,we will NOT allow any lodger to use any of our rooms as temporary control or coordination centre and our SECURITY will most definitely walk the lodgers out(without refund) if this is deemed to be the case, in OUR OPINION

8. Transaction Sancrosanct- No Refund;No deferal since you would have prevented others from booking the room(e.g your dates are already blocked on other on line booking calenders).

For example,

Ikoyi Fairview will not be responsible for possible cancellation of flights as we are not the airline.

9. No fixed amount Security deposit.But REFUNDABLE SECURITY deposits are demanded on items requested e.g,Microwave,,expensive cutlery,pressing iron etc, on an item by item basis.

Also a non refundable service charge of 15% shall be charged for usage of the items.

Example given:

If you request for ,Plates,Cutleries and the total REFUNDABLE CAUTION DEPOSIT adds up to N10,000,the N10,000 will be to refunded if nothing is damaged,but the 15% service charge, which is N1,500 in this example WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

10. PARKING FEE:

A DRIVE IN or PARKING FEE of N3,000 per car per day applies for any other car that you may want to drive in.

This means that any vehicle that brings the lodgers and/or their visitors will have to drop them at the drop off point at the entrance gate of our facility(which in any case is just about 1min walk to the front desk).

Pls advice your guests accordingly.

They will be permitted to park on premises,or to simply drive into the premises ONLY upon the payment of the said N2000.

11. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:

Check out is strictly by 11am so that thorough cleaning can be done for next check in for 12noon.

By 11:30am,the electrical in the apartment will be remotely switched off as a reminder to check out.

By 11:45am,a staff will be sent to knock on the door and to POLITELY urge quick evacuation of the room.

Demand for refund for any caution deposit you paid can only be paid as early as you return all items collected in good condition.

Advisedly, please do a quick check to ensure you didn’t forget any personal item as Ikoyi Fairview or our staff will not be responsible for items you may have forgotten e.g Rings, Wristwatches,Hand devices etc.

12. REFUND POLICY: Any amount willingly paid is ABSOLUTELY NOT REFUNDABLE/ NOT DEFERRABLE to another date.

13. LAUNDRY:

You may have noted from the app that our units of apartments do not come with washing machine.

A contract professional washerman machine washes(we supply detergents)and press all our in house laundry needs(Bedsheet, Pillow cases etc) ON SITE.

The same guy also washes guests cloths( at N1,000 per piece) and presses at N500 per piece no matter the sizes of the cloth,except clothes like suits that require drycleaning.

In this case,the guest have to take clothes needing drycleaning to professional drycleaners that aboud within Ikoyi- we simply recommend.

Alternatively, some of our super cost conscious guests hand wash their clothes in their bathrooms and we provide without charge a common location with cloth line where such laundry can be sun dried.

CAVEAT: Since the cloth lines location is available to all guests, we must hereby caution that such clothes are spread on the cloth line at owner’s risk.

However, we have never experienced a single incidence of loss of any cloth spread on the cloth line, but quite frankly we cannot rule out the possibility of theft,hence we advice that guests launder their more expensive clothes with our professional washerman, paying the stipulated fees mentioned above.

14. AIRPORT PICK UP

We are a relatively small sized facility with super low rates.

We may not even have up to 4 guests in a month that needs to come from the Airport.

In this wise, we do not have a compelling market need to do Airport Shuttles.

Rest assured though that it’s very easy to use online ride apps; Uber & Bolt seem to be the more reliable ones in Lagos.

That’s what we use in Lagos and most people do not consider their charges as exorbitant.

Though this is outside the scope of our obligation to you,if you have any challenge,I will be glad to further advice/assist.

1. Starting from 3months ago,EKEDC moved our location from BandB to BandA with an unfulfilled promise to give us power at least an average 20hrs a day. Our average monthly EKEDC has now moved from N1mil to N4mil!,without a commensurate availability of power thus making us resort to Generators which gulp diesel at average of N25,000 per hour!

2 The increase in cost of petrol has had a negative ripple on virtually all the cost of every goods in the economy.

3. The Naira has progressively depreciated against the USD, currently above the N1,700 mark.

Notwithstanding the above factors we at Ikoyi Fairview are still holding the same daily pay rates for ALL our units of apartments.

However, we are not able to maintain the same level of ‘long stay’ discounts.
Effective from October20, 2024, we were constrained to reduce our discounts as displayed below:

• 7days PAY- 10% NOW 5%
• 14days PAY - 20% NOW 10%
• 21days PAY- 30% NOW 20%
• 30days PAY- 40% NOW 30%
• 90days PAY- 50% NOW 40%

1. Starting from 3months ago,EKEDC moved our location from BandB to BandA with an unfulfilled promise to give us power at least an average 20hrs a day. Our average monthly EKEDC has now moved from N1mil to N4mil!,without a commensurate availability of power thus making us resort to Generators which gulp diesel at average of N25,000 per hour!

2 The increase in cost of petrol has had a negative ripple on virtually all the cost of every goods in the economy.

3. The Naira has progressively depreciated against the USD, currently above the N1,700 mark.

Notwithstanding the above factors we at Ikoyi Fairview are still holding the same daily pay rates for ALL our units of apartments.

However, we are not able to maintain the same level of ‘long stay’ discounts.
Effective from October20, 2024, we were constrained to reduce our discounts as displayed below:

• 7days PAY- 10% NOW 5%
• 14days PAY - 20% NOW 10%
• 21days PAY- 30% NOW 20%

Also a non refundable service charge of 15% shall be charged for usage of the items.

A DRIVE IN or PARKING FEE of N3,000 per car per day applies for any other car that you may want to drive in.

Pls advice your guests accordingly.

Demand for refund for any caution deposit you paid can only be paid as early as you return all items collected in good condition.

The same guy also washes guests cloths( at N1,000 per piece) and presses at N500 per piece no matter the sizes of the cloth,except clothes like suits that require drycleaning.

In this case,the guest have to take clothes needing drycleaning to professional drycleaners that aboud within Ikoyi- we simply recommend.

Alternatively, some of our super cost conscious guests hand wash their clothes in their bathrooms and we provide without charge a common location with cloth line where such laundry can be sun dried.

CAVEAT: Since the cloth lines location is available to all guests, we must hereby caution that such clothes are spread on the cloth line at owner’s risk.

However, we have never experienced a single incidence of loss of any cloth spread on the cloth line, but quite frankly we cannot rule out the possibility of theft,hence we advice that guests launder their more expensive clothes with our professional washerman, paying the stipulated fees mentioned above.

14. AIRPORT PICK UP

We are a relatively small sized facility with super low rates.

We may not even have up to 4 guests in a month that needs to come from the Airport.

In this wise, we do not have a compelling market need to do Airport Shuttles.

Rest assured though that it’s very easy to use online ride apps; Uber & Bolt seem to be the more reliable ones in Lagos.

That’s what we use in Lagos and most people do not consider their charges as exorbitant.

Our average monthly EKEDC has now moved from N1mil to N4mil!,without a commensurate availability of power thus making us resort to Generators which gulp diesel at average of N25,000 per hour!

2 The increase in cost of petrol has had a negative ripple on virtually all the cost of every goods in the economy.

3. The Naira has progressively depreciated against the USD, currently above the N1,700 mark.

Notwithstanding the above factors we at Ikoyi Fairview are still holding the same daily pay rates for ALL our units of apartments.

However, we are not able to maintain the same level of ‘long stay’ discounts.
Effective from October20, 2024, we were constrained to reduce our discounts as displayed below:

• 14days PAY - 20% NOW 10%

Adjustment in our discount regime effective from your next payment cycle

1. Starting from 3months ago,EKEDC moved our location from BandB to BandA with an unfulfilled promise to give us power at least an average 20hrs a day. Our average monthly EKEDC has now moved from N1mil to N4mil!,without a commensurate availability of power thus making us resort to Generators which gulp diesel at average of N25,000 per hour!

2 The increase in cost of petrol has had a negative ripple on virtually all the cost of every goods in the economy.

3. The Naira has progressively depreciated against the USD, currently above the N1,700 mark.

Notwithstanding the above factors we at Ikoyi Fairview are still holding the same daily pay rates for ALL our units of apartments.

However, we are not able to maintain the same level of ‘long stay’ discounts.
Effective from October20, 2024, we were constrained to reduce our discounts as displayed below:

• 7days PAY- 10% NOW 5%
• 14days PAY - 20% NOW 10%
• 21days PAY- 30% NOW 20%
• 30days PAY- 40% NOW 30%
• 90days PAY- 50% NOW 40%
• 180days PAY- 60% NOW 55%

Booking Policy & Service Conditions

1. According to now STRICT government law, copy of the I.Ds of ALL lodgers MUST be taken before check in.

2. Payment can be made online via booking on our website (Paystack) or through any of our banks :

4. Available Room Facilities : Unlimited Internet powered by Starlink, DSTV cable decoder in every apartment with Compact bouquet to watch about 50 News,Sports,Athletics,Movies,documentaries and Soccer(UEFA & Premier League inclusive)

5.0)HouseKeeping

5.1)Cleaning of Room/Change of Beddings/Towel- Twice a week.

5.2)If a lodger demands more frequent cleaning and change of beddings/towels,a cleaning fee of N4,000 per clean shall be charged 

5.3)All our unit come with cleaning hardware like brooms,packer,mops and buckets.

If a lodger chooses to do self cleaning,a refund of N1,000 per day shall be made to him/her

6. No Firearms, No Loud Music/No Parties; No Smoking, No use of controlled drugs/substances allowed in the apartments or corridors except by special request & permission.

If guest indulge in any of the above banned activities, Security will request & ensure the lodger leaves( without refund) for breach of this agreement.

Free usage for smoking & hanging out allowed at common breezy sit – out area not more 20metres away from the farthest room.

Also Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

7. At this election periods,we will NOT allow any lodger to use any of our rooms as temporary control or coordination centre and our SECURITY will most definitely walk the lodgers out(without refund) if this is deemed to be the case, in OUR OPINION

8. Transaction Sancrosanct- No Refund;No deferal since you would have prevented others from booking the room(e.g your dates are already blocked on other on line booking calenders).

For example,

Ikoyi Fairview will not be responsible for possible cancellation of flights as we are not the airline.

9. No fixed amount Security deposit.But REFUNDABLE SECURITY deposits are demanded on items requested e.g,Microwave,,expensive cutlery,pressing iron etc, on an item by item basis.

Also a non refundable service charge of 15% shall be charged for usage of the items.

Example given:

If you request for ,Plates,Cutleries and the total REFUNDABLE CAUTION DEPOSIT adds up to N10,000,the N10,000 will be to refunded if nothing is damaged,but the 15% service charge, which is N1,500 in this example WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

10. PARKING FEE:

A DRIVE IN or PARKING FEE of N3,000 per car per day applies for any other car that you may want to drive in.

This means that any vehicle that brings the lodgers and/or their visitors will have to drop them at the drop off point at the entrance gate of our facility(which in any case is just about 1min walk to the front desk).

Pls advice your guests accordingly.

They will be permitted to park on premises,or to simply drive into the premises ONLY upon the payment of the said N2000.

11. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:

Check out is strictly by 11am so that thorough cleaning can be done for next check in for 12noon.

By 11:30am,the electrical in the apartment will be remotely switched off as a reminder to check out.

By 11:45am,a staff will be sent to knock on the door and to POLITELY urge quick evacuation of the room.

Demand for refund for any caution deposit you paid can only be paid as early as you return all items collected in good condition.

Advisedly, please do a quick check to ensure you didn’t forget any personal item as Ikoyi Fairview or our staff will not be responsible for items you may have forgotten e.g Rings, Wristwatches,Hand devices etc.

12. REFUND POLICY: Any amount willingly paid is ABSOLUTELY NOT REFUNDABLE/ NOT DEFERRABLE to another date.

13. LAUNDRY:

You may have noted from the app that our units of apartments do not come with washing machine.

A contract professional washerman machine washes(we supply detergents)and press all our in house laundry needs(Bedsheet, Pillow cases etc) ON SITE.

The same guy also washes guests cloths( at N1,000 per piece) and presses at N500 per piece no matter the sizes of the cloth,except clothes like suits that require drycleaning.

In this case,the guest have to take clothes needing drycleaning to professional drycleaners that aboud within Ikoyi- we simply recommend.

Alternatively, some of our super cost conscious guests hand wash their clothes in their bathrooms and we provide without charge a common location with cloth line where such laundry can be sun dried.

CAVEAT: Since the cloth lines location is available to all guests, we must hereby caution that such clothes are spread on the cloth line at owner’s risk.

However, we have never experienced a single incidence of loss of any cloth spread on the cloth line, but quite frankly we cannot rule out the possibility of theft,hence we advice that guests launder their more expensive clothes with our professional washerman, paying the stipulated fees mentioned above.

14. AIRPORT PICK UP

We are a relatively small sized facility with super low rates.

We may not even have up to 4 guests in a month that needs to come from the Airport.

In this wise, we do not have a compelling market need to do Airport Shuttles.

Rest assured though that it’s very easy to use online ride apps; Uber & Bolt seem to be the more reliable ones in Lagos.

That’s what we use in Lagos and most people do not consider their charges as exorbitant.

Though this is outside the scope of our obligation to you,if you have any challenge,I will be glad to further advice/assist.

A contract professional washerman machine washes(we supply detergents)and press all our in house laundry needs(Bedsheet, Pillow cases etc) ON SITE.

The same guy also washes guests cloths( at N1,000 per piece) and presses at N500 per piece no matter the sizes of the cloth,except clothes like suits that require drycleaning.

In this case,the guest have to take clothes needing drycleaning to professional drycleaners that aboud within Ikoyi- we simply recommend.

Alternatively, some of our super cost conscious guests hand wash their clothes in their bathrooms and we provide without charge a common location with cloth line where such laundry can be sun dried.

CAVEAT: Since the cloth lines location is available to all guests, we must hereby caution that such clothes are spread on the cloth line at owner’s risk.

However, we have never experienced a single incidence of loss of any cloth spread on the cloth line, but quite frankly we cannot rule out the possibility of theft,hence we advice that guests launder their more expensive clothes with our professional washerman, paying the stipulated fees mentioned above.

14. AIRPORT PICK UP

We are a relatively small sized facility with super low rates.

We may not even have up to 4 guests in a month that needs to come from the Airport.

In this wise, we do not have a compelling market need to do Airport Shuttles.

Rest assured though that it’s very easy to use online ride apps; Uber & Bolt seem to be the more reliable ones in Lagos.

That’s what we use in Lagos and most people do not consider their charges as exorbitant.

Though this is outside the scope of our obligation to you,if you have any challenge,I will be glad to further advice/assist.

Adjustment in our discount regime effective from your next payment cycle

1. Starting from 3months ago,EKEDC moved our location from BandB to BandA with an unfulfilled promise to give us power at least an average 20hrs a day. Our average monthly EKEDC has now moved from N1mil to N4mil!,without a commensurate availability of power thus making us resort to Generators which gulp diesel at average of N25,000 per hour!

2 The increase in cost of petrol has had a negative ripple on virtually all the cost of every goods in the economy.

3. The Naira has progressively depreciated against the USD, currently above the N1,700 mark.

Notwithstanding the above factors we at Ikoyi Fairview are still holding the same daily pay rates for ALL our units of apartments.

However, we are not able to maintain the same level of ‘long stay’ discounts.
Effective from October20, 2024, we were constrained to reduce our discounts as displayed below:

• 7days PAY- 10% NOW 5%
• 14days PAY - 20% NOW 10%
• 21days PAY- 30% NOW 20%
• 30days PAY- 40% NOW 30%
• 90days PAY- 50% NOW 40%
• 180days PAY- 60% NOW 55%

5.1)Cleaning of Room/Change of Beddings/Towel- Twice a week.

5.2)If a lodger demands more frequent cleaning and change of beddings/towels,a cleaning fee of N4,000 per clean shall be charged 

5.3)All our unit come with cleaning hardware like brooms,packer,mops and buckets.

If a lodger chooses to do self cleaning,a refund of N1,000 per day shall be made to him/her

6. No Firearms, No Loud Music/No Parties; No Smoking, No use of controlled drugs/substances allowed in the apartments or corridors except by special request & permission.

If guest indulge in any of the above banned activities, Security will request & ensure the lodger leaves( without refund) for breach of this agreement.

Free usage for smoking & hanging out allowed at common breezy sit – out area not more 20metres away from the farthest room.

Also Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

7. At this election periods,we will NOT allow any lodger to use any of our rooms as temporary control or coordination centre and our SECURITY will most definitely walk the lodgers out(without refund) if this is deemed to be the case, in OUR OPINION

8. Transaction Sancrosanct- No Refund;No deferal since you would have prevented others from booking the room(e.g your dates are already blocked on other on line booking calenders).

For example,

Ikoyi Fairview will not be responsible for possible cancellation of flights as we are not the airline.

9. No fixed amount Security deposit.But REFUNDABLE SECURITY deposits are demanded on items requested e.g,Microwave,,expensive cutlery,pressing iron etc, on an item by item basis.

Also a non refundable service charge of 15% shall be charged for usage of the items.

Example given:

If you request for ,Plates,Cutleries and the total REFUNDABLE CAUTION DEPOSIT adds up to N10,000,the N10,000 will be to refunded if nothing is damaged,but the 15% service charge, which is N1,500 in this example WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

10. PARKING FEE:

A DRIVE IN or PARKING FEE of N3,000 per car per day applies for any other car that you may want to drive in.

This means that any vehicle that brings the lodgers and/or their visitors will have to drop them at the drop off point at the entrance gate of our facility(which in any case is just about 1min walk to the front desk).

Pls advice your guests accordingly.

They will be permitted to park on premises,or to simply drive into the premises ONLY upon the payment of the said N2000.

11. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE:

Check out is strictly by 11am so that thorough cleaning can be done for next check in for 12noon.

By 11:30am,the electrical in the apartment will be remotely switched off as a reminder to check out.

By 11:45am,a staff will be sent to knock on the door and to POLITELY urge quick evacuation of the room.
